LuvCause LLC ("LuvCause") is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe platform. This page outlines our child safety standards, policies, and reporting mechanisms as required by Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines.

1. Age Requirements

LuvCause's dating, matching, and direct messaging features are strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older. We verify age during registration and may request additional verification at any time.

Users under 18 are not permitted to create accounts or access dating or messaging features. NGO-hosted events may be discoverable by users of all ages for informational purposes only; however, participation in social and dating features requires users to be 18+.

2. Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on LuvCause:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
• Grooming behavior or attempts to contact minors for inappropriate purposes
• Sharing personal information of minors without parental consent
• Encouraging or facilitating harm to children
• Impersonating minors or misrepresenting age to access the platform
• Any content that violates applicable child protection laws

3. Content Moderation

We employ multiple layers of protection to keep our platform safe:

• Automated detection: Technology tools to detect and block potentially harmful content, including CSAM hash-matching systems
• Human review: Trained moderators review reported content and flagged accounts
• Proactive monitoring: Regular audits of platform activity for safety violations
• Age verification: Measures to prevent underage access to dating and messaging features

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our child safety standards, please report it immediately through any of the following channels:

Upon receiving a report, we will:

1. Review the report within 24 hours (priority for child safety reports)
2. Remove violating content and suspend or permanently ban offending accounts
3. Preserve evidence as required for legal proceedings
4. Report CSAM and exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline
5. Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

LuvCause cooperates with law enforcement and child safety organizations worldwide. We report confirmed CSAM to:
